Instructions
- Choose your dosage:
Standard: 10 grams
Meditation: 20 grams
Ceremonial: 30-50 grams - Heat the water or (vegetable) milk: Heat 150-240 ml of water or (vegetable) milk (not boiling). Tip: avoid boiling the liquid together with the cocoa to preserve the essence of the cocoa.
- Mix and Beat: Slowly add the cacao to the warm liquid, stirring continuously with a molinillo or whisk until the cacao is completely dissolved and smooth. This is important for a flavorful cacao with full aroma.
- Intention: When mixing, add your intentions or positive thoughts.
- Pour: Fill your favorite mug, add a natural sweetener. For ceremonial use no sweeteners are added.
