We have many products in stock, so delivery can often be within 1 to 2 business days. Usually your package will be sent within 24 hours. (as soon as your payment is received).

Sometimes delivery takes longer because the product is unexpectedly out of stock, you will receive a message about this by email.

Once the product has arrived, it will be packed and shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation of this, and the next day the Track & Trace code from PostNL.

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your first Mystic Cacao order, you can return your order for free.

We think our product is fantastic and expect you to be just as enthusiastic about it. However, if you are not satisfied with your first order of Mystic Cacao, please let us know so we can assist with returning the package. To return the package, the packaging must be unopened and the security seal must be completely intact. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. To return your Mystic Cacao product, we require your name and order number.

We will then send an email with a return label. As soon as we have received your package back, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days.
